THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is cheap, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being ashamed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something functional instead.
